Grand Vista

Grand Vista was a project I worked on at Greey Pickett Planning and Landscape Design in Scottsdale, Arizona.  The project was expected to be annexed into Surprise, Arizona and planned for up to 15,000 housing units.  It is the largest project undertaken by Toll Brothers to date.  While working at Greey Pickett I was involved in the project doing area calculations, golf course routing, and numerous alterations.  The project included a downtown district, 3 single family neighborhood villages, a private active adult community with public golf course and a private golf course community.  (Please click link at bottom for project sheet)
