The site for this project was the original Delnor estate, centrally located in St. Charles, Illinois.  The development proposal included, duplex condominiums, private housing estate lots, and a mixed use building with private doctor’s offices and affordable housing apartments.  A major issue for the site was stormwater control and flood plain issues due to a creek that flows through the site.  (Please click link at bottom for project sheet)
