Superblock 12

• Firm – Greey Pickett Landscape Architecture  and Planning

State land located north of Phoenix, Arizona is being sold off for development.  Superblock 12 is one of these areas.  In the southeast of the square block there is an existing high school.  This was the main project I worked on while at Greey Pickett.  We worked on a number of different lotting plans for the multiple product lines that Toll Brothers had.  The final plan (first image) included 3 product lines to be developed in 4 phases.  (Please click link at bottom for project sheet)
