Valle Norte

This project was a small section of land in North Phoenix with multiple site limitations.  The southern part of the site was within the 100 year flood plain of a wash and a waste pumping facility was necessary.  Toll Brothers had us develop a large number of lotting plans for different product lines as they worked on developing the site.  This page has 4 of these lotting plans from among the 10 plus plans that I developed while at Greey Pickett.
